Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and some of our pieces include unique stone shapes and are therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent and lotion. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of plating on the metal and gemstones. The color of some gemstones may fade if constantly exposed to the sun.
Our collections consist of precious and non-precious metal (brass) and plated with 22K gold, Rose gold or Rhodium. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth, however, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended. Because most of the stones used in our collection are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Pearls and most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
How can I be sure that my order has been processed?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Cat Janiga Online Store Customer Service by phone or email.
How can I track my order?
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package. You can also log in to your account and select Review Orders/ Track Packages to view tracking information.
Can I remove items from my order?
Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting the Cat Janiga Online Store Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact our Cat Janiga Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to receive more information.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact our Cat Janiga Online Store Customer Service by phone or email to cancel your order.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped within Canada. No sales taxes are applied to US or International Orders. However shipments to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees and/or duties. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Cat Janiga, Inc. is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Cat Janiga, Inc. issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
No. Orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses.

Do I have to be home for my package to be dropped off?
To ensure the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery. If for any reason you are unavailable to sign for your purchase, FedEx will make several delivery attempts.
