Cat Janiga Jewelry pieces are often handmade to order, this requires 2-3 weeks for production as soon as payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Ready to ship items will ship within 7 business days. Please read the process and shipping details in each individual product's description carefully. For any specific or urgent requests, please email info@catjaniga.com before placing your order.
We happily offer free shipping on orders over $150USD in Canada and the Continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico and other off-shore insular areas including American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Guam). Free shipping does not apply to PO Box Addresses or Express Shipping
Canada Shipping:
Orders under $150USD placed in Canada ship at $25-35 depending on location, via DHL Express, and include package protection. Delivery takes 1-5 business days, also depending on location. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped.
US Shipping:
Orders under $150USD placed in the US via regular post ship at $6-15 depending on location and do not include package protection. Order that ship via UPS ship at $18-25 depending on location, via UPS Ground. Delivery takes 1-5 business days, also depending on location abnd include package protection. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
Orders placed internationally ship at $25-$65 depending on location, via DHL Express International and include package protection. Delivery takes 1-5 business days, also depending on location. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order has shipped.
IMPORTANT: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Cat Janiga LLC is not responsible for – it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. Cat Janiga LLC is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
PACKAGE PROTECTION.
All orders shipped with UPS or DHL include Package Protection. Package Protection is premium package protection service for your online orders. In the unlikely event your package is lost or stolen, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
The cost of shipping and package protection is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable. If you do not ship via UPS or DHL there is no Package Protection included with your order and Cat Janiga is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been shipped. In the unlikely and unfortunate event your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit and you have not opted for a shipping service that includes Package Protection, please file a claim with the carrier of your package. The shipping carrier is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. Cat Janiga receives the same tracking information from the carrier that the customer receives.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cat Janiga Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges.
PRIOR to shipping any returns you must email info@catjaniga with the following information and recieve an RA# (Return Authorization Number)
- Reason for return.
- Name and full mailing address
- Your online order number
Items purchased through retailers may not be exchanged or returned through CatJaniga.com. Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. See the procedure below to return the items to CatJaniga.com.
- All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale.
- No Returns on items from the sale page, pop-up shops, events or parties. All sales items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.
- You must ship your Return to Cat Janiga LLC. within 14 days of ship date.
- Your Return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.
- You must include the original Order Confirmation with your Return.
- All returns/repairs must be listed on shipping documentation as RETURN/REPAIR.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only.
- For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) & retain your tracking number.
- If there are any discrepancies with your refund amount, please contact our Cat Janiga Jewelry Store Customer Service by phone or email for more information.
- We do not accept returns of Cat Janiga Jewelry that were purchased from a retail store or website other than the Cat Janiga.com. You must contact the store in which the item was originally purchased to inquire about returns.
You should ship your Return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of returns are not paid for by Cat Janiga LLC. and will not be reflected in your refund amount. Your return should be addressed to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Cat Janiga Jewelry item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a gift purchased from the Cat Janiga.com, you may contact Customer Service to obtain the original order information. You may return the gift by following the above Return Guidelines. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Cat Janiga Customer Service within 14 days of the ship date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or Cat Janiga Jewelry Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.

Repairs
Your 1-Year Limited Warranty* period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacture's original gold and rhodium plating defects only. The warranty is invalidated by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. The warranty is invalidated if a 3rd party makes alterations and/or repairs.
