Production and Shipment Timing
All Sterling Silver and Gold orders are custom cast and made to order in Canada. Pieces do not go into production without an order being placed. Sterling and Gold orders can take between 2-4 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before then- you may be able to rush your order for an additional fee of $50. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order and you will be issued a PayPal invoice by a sales representative.
Brass orders may ship immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock orders can take up to 6 weeks.
It is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed. Cat Janiga will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Delivery & Processing
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipments and deliveries occur only on business days. Please note that orders can only be shipped to physical residential or commercial addresses and orders placed to a PO Box will not be accepted.
FedEx Ground (Canada & US Only)
Your order should arrive 3-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00pm (ET). Please note that orders placed after 3:00PM (EST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments.
Duties and Taxes
Please note the Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by US customs. A contact number is needed for all international shipments to the US.
