How do I join the VIP Club Rewards Program?

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Each time you earn points, you will receive a VIP Club program email with your updated loyalty points balance. You can also sign in to your VIP Club portal (the VIP Club tab at the top right) to see your balance, VIP status, available rewards and more.

How do I use my rewards?
When you've unlocked a reward, you will receive a unique reward code via email. You can redeem your rewards on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the 'discount bar' and click Apply (only one code per order). You can also log in from our website by clicking on the ' VIP Club' tab, from there you can redeem rewards.

When I earn points from a purchase, what currency value are my points earned at?
All orders are processed in USD. Therefore, points earned are the value of your USD purchase before tax and shipping.
Can I use a percentage value code and a dollar value code on the same order?
It is not possible to combine codes. The percentage value code and the dollar value codes will need to be redeemed on individual orders.
Can I use my gift card and a dollar (or percentage) code?
Yes, gift cards are treated like currency. Therefore, a gift card can be used in conjunction with a code.
Will my points expire?
Your Gold Points will not expire as long as the Gold Points Reward Program is running.
What's the VIP Status based on?
Your VIP status (Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond) are based on your points earned since the program start date.
Terms and Conditions
- Cat Janiga Jewelry (Jewellery) reserves the right to modify or cancel reward codes at any time.
- Coupons can only be redeemed once.
- If you redeem a dollar value code online for a purchase less than the full value of the dollar value code there will not be a balance. As they are not gift certificates (which can hold a balance), there are no redeemable remainders or balances.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- Wholesale and retail store buyers, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual is not eligible to participate in this Gold Points Rewards Program. VIP Status rewards.
- To participate, you must be 14 years of age or older and must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of majority and such consent is a requirement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
